All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of . Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Services Provided

We provide:

1. Merchant App: A user-friendly app for restaurant owners to manage menu items, prices, and availability.
2. Customer App: An intuitive app for customers to view detailed menus with food images and descriptions.
3. Menu Customization: Easily add, edit, or delete menu items, categorize them, and update descriptions or images.
4. Food Image Database: Upload or select professional food images to create visually appealing digital menus.
5. Food Availability Status: Mark items as available or unavailable to avoid customer disappointment.
6. Today's Specials: Highlight daily specials to attract more orders and boost sales.
7. Food Item Recommendations: Suggest pairings like beverages with meals to increase order value.
8. Food Tags: Add dietary tags like "Veg" or "Spicy" to menu items to help customers make quick choices.

2. Registration and Accounts

Merchant Registration: Restaurant owners must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity associated with your account.

Customer Use: Customers can access restaurant menus without registration by scanning the QR code provided by participating restaurants.

3. Subscription Plans

Merchants may subscribe to different plans to access various features, including but not limited to menu management and order management. Subscription fees and plans are outlined on our website, and payments are made on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to these charges.

4. User Responsibilities

Merchants: You are responsible for maintaining and updating your menu, ensuring that the information provided (including prices and item descriptions) is accurate and up to date.

Customers: You must follow all rules and regulations set by the restaurants when placing orders or interacting with staff through our platform.

5. Payments

We currently do not process any payments through our platform. All subscription payments from merchants are collected manually.

In the future, we may integrate a payment gateway to accept payments directly through our platform. At that time, any payments processed will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Merchant Subscriptions:Merchants can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting to us. However, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period, as the services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Customer Transactions:Our platform does not process customer payments or orders. Refunds for any orders placed at the restaurant are solely the responsibility of the respective restaurant. Our platform serves only as a digital menu service provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scan To Menu platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and images, is the property of Scan To Menu or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our explicit permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scan To Menu is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between Merchants and Customers. We provide the platform but are not liable for the content or actions of individual restaurants.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Merchant or Customer account at our discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any illegal activity.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.

13. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using Scan To Menu's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Scan To Menu's privacy policy.

Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies.

You may view and/or print pages from scantomenu.in for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms of service.
